SHIPPING POLICY
Items are shipped within three business days of the payment processing. Details on shipping, including tracking information, will be provided via email. WIX payments may take 5 days to process.
Payment Methods/ Order Details
Several forms of payment are accepted including WIX payments, PayPal, cash, Venmo etc. Checks are accepted and your order will be mailed when the check has successfully processed. First time returned checks require a $35 fee and checks will not be accepted again if bounced. For orders, a deposit of half is required but most clients choose to pay in full. When an order is placed I will begin working on it at my earliest convenience while keeping you updated on an estimated completion date. Most orders take less than a week; this will depend on how many orders I am currently working on.
WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
My objective is to offer my customers a convenient shopping experience in a friendly setting. Mutual respect is at least as important to me as creating new connections that bring us both a financial gain. My products are unique and prioritize quality over quantity therefore, I can only stock up to five stores at once, with one store being in each location. This, in my observation, significantly increases the value of getting customers that spend inside your shop. I do not lease out space in shops. My preferred method of determining wholesale pricing is to sum up the total and deduct a reasonable and mutually agreed-upon percentage as a wholesale bulk price. I will give priority to those wanting to buy larger quantities of my work, as well as agree to the most appealing percentage. This is due to the growing demand for additional stores to offer my work as well as the inventory I am moving on my website regularly. Supply and demand. If you decide to spend more than $1,000 restocking your business, you can do so whenever you like and your business will be prioritized. Otherwise, I travel to all the stores, in that state, on the same day twice a year to replenish them. I appreciate you thinking about carrying my handcrafted products.

All sales are final. If something is damaged due to shipping please let me know.
